Day 2 will begin with a Food industry speaker, followed by morning and afternoon hands on food skill workshops.
The opportunity to engage with industry professionals and inspiring teachers will enable teachers to develop and extend their knowledge and skills in delivering hospitality and food technology related content to students. Teachers will be able to enhance their current teaching strategies to create high quality and meaningful learning activities for their students.
